The Gift Card & Voucher Association (GCVA) is the official UK trade body and membership organisation for gift cards, vouchers, and stored value. Since 1996, we have represented retailers, brands, service providers, and partners across the sector. Read our history.

We protect and promote the industry by keeping members up to date with trends, issues, and opportunities; advocating on legislation and regulation; commissioning research; delivering events and forums; and promoting best practice for issuers, service providers, and consumers.

Our aim is to advance competitive excellence and innovation across gift card products and services, build confidence in the market, and see gift cards widely adopted as a valued payment product of choice.

Our Executive Board

The GCVA board are the linchpin of the work we do. Elected from the membership, our active executive group has broad expertise and talents, bringing gift cards to the boardroom and beyond. They work closely with the GCVA team to develop strategic frameworks to drive our brilliant industry forward â€“ and push gift cards further up the agenda in business and government.
